The real problem

Overwork, overwhelm, inconsistent cash flow — and a nagging sense of no purpose.

Imbalance shows up in every area of life and work. It is what keeps your mind racing at night. On the surface it looks like too little time and unpredictable revenue; underneath it is inefficient processes, slipping productivity and goals that no longer feel worth the effort.

If this is where you find yourself, you already know it cannot go on. You need a guide who has been there — someone who combines the clarity of a consultant, the challenge of a coach and the accountability of a mentor.

That is the work I do.

The method

The Balance Flywheel

Split any major goal into seven sequential phases and arrange them in a circle. The faster the wheel spins, the greater the results — without proportional extra effort. This is Lardiology: achieving more with less.
